Dare to Do
Campers will have three fun filled days learning new skills, making new friends, reuniting with other campers, testing their skills during camp activities, and enjoying the great outdoors.
What:
Boone, Greene, and Story Tri-county Junior 4-H Camp
When:
Wednesday, July 30, 10:00 am to Friday, August 1, 8:30 pm
Where:
Iowa 4-H Camping Center in Boone County
Who:
Junior 4-H members who have completed 4th, 5th, or 6th grades in any of the three participating counties.
Friday Evening Events available for all
4-H Families in the 3 counties:
5:30 pm – 6:00 pm:
Pick up campers at Oak Village, Camp store open, move to BBQ shelter.
6:15 pm – 7:15 pm:
Barbecue at BBQ Shelter Cost: $5.00 12 years to adults, $3.00 5-11 year olds, 4 years and under are free.
7:15 pm – 8:30 pm:
Campfire at Pinecone Amphitheater. Skits, Songs and S’mores!!!
All campers need to be picked up
by 8:45 pm Friday, August 1.
