The Iowa Master Gardener program is once again offering a series of summer webinars. The 2013 series titled "Moisture Extremes in the Landscape" will be hosted by Black Hawk County Extension and Outreach at their office, located at 3420 University Avenue in Waterloo from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. July 23 and Aug. 13th.
