Start thinking now about purchasing baby chicks, feeding them out and bringing them to fair. We will again ask you to consider ordering 5 extra chicks and donating them the N.E. IA Food Bank. You will receive a bag of free chicken feed if you do donate chickens. Cost: 20 birds for $20, and you get the $20 back if you exhibit.  5 Extra birds if they agree to donate 4 for the food bank. Pick up date will be either June 3rd or 4th depending on the mail delivery.  Deadline to order your chicks is May 20th.
Please email Deb, mumm@iastate.edu or Diane, wolfejd@iastate.edu to order.

Join the Black Hawk County ISU Alumni Association for Cy Day of Service on Saturday morning, April 26. Black Hawk County 4-Hers and the Alumni Association are working together to positively impact our community.  Meet at the Cedar Valley Arboretum, 1927 E.
