ServSafe Food Safety Certification 2013

Iowa State University Extension's goal is to create a more desirable and safe foodservice operation for restaurant establishments, at the same time protecting against the costly nightmare of a foodborne-illness outbreak.   

Black Hawk County Extension is offering special training to help food establishments meet the industry standards in food safety.  

The following Brochure lists the upcoming 2011 ServSafe Food Safety Certification Training sessions offered in Black Hawk County Serve Safe Brochure.

 

ServSafe classes are also available in Mason City.
