ISU Extension and Outreach - Livestock and Crop Producer Options during Drought
ISU Extension and Outreach agriculture and program specialists will facilitate the program. Shane Ellis, Farm Management Specialist, will focus on impact and profitability of livestock and grain. He will also discuss grain marketing implications locally and globally. Shawn Shouse, Agricultural Engineering Specialist, will focus on water supply, quality and demand during the drought. Dennis Helfin, FSA Office County Executive Director, will discuss the drought on a local level and answer any drought related questions.
