About Ricochet: An Extreme Leadership Adventure
Ricochet is a leadership curriculum that was created by Iowa State University Extension and Outreach that helps students learn the five dimensions of leadership: leadership information, leadership attitudes, communication skills, decision making skills and stress management skills. Youth use the leadership skills to improve their communities through service learning projects.
Students learn about the five dimensions of leadership as they go through the three curriculum levels. The program is for youth in middle or high school.
