The Iowa Beef Center at Iowa State University will conduct a bull selection clinic prior to the bull sale held by Iowa Cattlemen’s Association at the Tama Livestock Auction, Tama on Friday, May 3. The two-hour clinic is scheduled so attendees can go to the bull sale immediately following the session and use the information from the clinic.

National 4-H Council has received a $500,000 gift from the Monsanto Company to drive the continued expansion of the National 4-H Volunteer Initiative. The new grant will fund several initiatives including continued outreach to attract and retain 4-H volunteers in 39 states, including Iowa.
