• Ralston: Classes start on Thursday, January 12th and will be held at the West Central Cooperative Meeting Room, located at 406 First Street, Ralston, IA 51459. Classes meet weekly for 6 weeks, on Thursday evenings from 6:00 to 9:00 pm, with all participants invited to come early for supper together beginning at 5:15 pm. Classes end on February 16, however the following Thursday is a tentative snow/weather make-up date. Registration is $75. • Sioux Center: Classes will be held Thursdays from February 2 to March 8, 2012 at Sioux Center Public Library. Course meets six consecutive Thursday afternoons from 1- 4 p.m. Registration is due by January 27th. Enrollment is limited. • Grinnell: Classes start on Monday, February 6th and will be held in a computer-lab setting at Iowa Valley Community College in Grinnell located at 123 6th Avenue West. Classes meet weekly on Monday evenings from 6:00-9:00 p.m. Classes end on March 19th. Registration is $75. • West Des Moines: Classes start on Tuesday, February 7th and will be held in a computer-lab setting at the DMACC West Des Moines campus located at 5959 Grand Avenue, Room 125 E in West Des Moines. Classes meet weekly on Tuesday evenings from 6:00 - 9:00 p.m and end on March 13th. Registration is $75. • Atlantic: Classes start on Thursday, February 9th and will be held at Cass County Extension office located at 805 West 10th Street in Atlantic. Classes meet weekly on Thursday evenings from 6:00-9:00 p.m. Classes end on March 15th. For more information, please contact Kate Olsen at 712-243-1132.

• Donnellson: Classes start on Wednesday, February 15, and end on March 28, 2012 at Lee County Extension & Outreach Office. Classes meet on Wednesday evenings from 6 - 9 p.m. on February 15, 22, 29 and March 7, 14 & 28th. • Calmar: Classes start on Thursday, February 16th. Annie's Project will be held at the Northeast Iowa Community Based Dairy Foundation, Calmar, from 6-9 pm on February 16th, 23rd, March 1st, 8th, 22nd, and 29th. (Facilitator Jen Bentley)

• Emmetsburg: Classes start on Monday, March 5, 2012, at Iowa Lakes Community College, Emmetsburg Campus. Classes meet six consecutive Monday evenings (6-9 p.m.). Registration is due by February 27, 2012. Enrollment is limited.
