- Jefferson: Classes meet from 5:30 - 9:00 p.m. on Thursday evenings, February 21 to March 21, 2013 at Greene County Extension office, 104 West Washington Street. Make up snow date, if needed, will be March 28. Participant Fee of $75 includes course materials and refreshments. This program is made possible through the support of the USDA NIFA beginning Farmer and Rancher Development Program, Farm Credit Services of American and Iowa State University Extension and Outreach. - Hampton: Classes meet from 6:00 - 9:00 p.m. on Tuesdays, beginning April 23 through May 21, 2013 at the Hampton Methodist Church on the south side of Highway 3. The cost is $75 per person, which includes a 300-page workbook with fact sheets, hands-on activities and presentations. A light supper will be served before each class at 5:15 p.m. Course size is limited, and registration is due by March 12. - Williamsburg: Classes meet from 6:00 - 9:00 p.m. on Monday evenings, April 8 to May 6, 2013 at Kinze Manufacturing, Inc., 2172 M Avenue.
