Strategic Management for Farm Families (SMFF) is targeted to farm families looking for a framework - a way to think about strategy and competition. The course will help you strengthen your strategic management skills. SMFF doesn't produce a single end product like a business plan. As you begin SMFF, understand that you are beginning a continuous career-long process of strategy development and implementation. By developing your strategic management skills, you will change the way you look at yourself as a manager and you will change the management culture of your farm business.

The cost for participating in SMFF is $100. A unique ID and password is provided for the 6 month duration of the course. SMFF is available year around.
