Increasing Bills?  Planning to buy a home or attend college?  Planning to Stay Ahead is a FREE class to help you manage our personal finances.

At the end of the class, participants will be able to:

  • Set goals and develop a plan to achieve them
  • Develop a spending plan
  • Organize financial records
  • Explain how to manage credit wisely
  • Identify sources of financial information
  • Understand retirement options:  401K, IRA, etc.

This class is repeated monthly at the Allamakee County Extension Office from 4:00 - 6:00 pm.  Registration is required by calling 563-568-6345.  Class subject to cancellation due to lack of participation.

This class is brought to you by ISU extension and Horizons.  Horizons will reimburse anyone who attends if they need to hire a babysitter.  Call for details.
