How to Build Ramps: Reusable, Economical, Safe. 1993.  This paperback book shows an ingenious way to build ramps in modular section that can be easily reused in other locations.  No digging or concrete footers are required to make a safe structure.  Some of the building techniques are illustrated in the Hometime video listed below.  The book also discusses funding strategies and how to coordinate a volunteer effort to construct a ramp when family resources are limited.  Order from Metropolitan
