Success Story Submission
The following forms have been designed to assist ANR Extension personnel meet their respective success story reporting requirements. ANR Field Specialists are asked to use the 'ANR Field Success Stories' form to submit four success stories per fiscal year. County Extension Education Directors submitting an ANR success story are asked to use the same form. Campus-based ANR Extension faculty and staff are asked to use the 'ANR Campus Success Stories' form and submit a minimum of one success story by June 30 for each fiscal year.
Suggestions for writing success stories
Instructions: Download the appropriate form, complete it and submit by e-mail to jhoneick@iastate.edu . (Field Specialists should also send a copy to their Area Director.)
