Success Story Submission
The following Word form has been designed to assist ANR Extension personnel meet their respective success story reporting requirements. All ANR Specialists (campus and field) are asked to submit success stories using this form. Field Specialists are to submit three success stories per fiscal year. Regional Extension Education Directors submitting an ANR success story are asked to use the same form. Campus-based ANR Extension faculty and staff are asked to submit a minimum of one success story each fiscal year.

Field Specialists may want to send a copy of their story to the appropriate REED/s.
