Extension Positions/Other Experience:
Teaching experience at the high school and community college level. Prior to
coming to Extension, she was employed as herdsperson and on-site veterinarian
with an 800 cow dairy in MN, and prior to that as operations manager and
staff veterinarian for a 1400 cow start-up dairy, also in MN. In addition,
she was in private practice in WI for two years and a research veterinarian
for one year in CO following completion of vet school.
Education:
BS in Education (Miami University)
MS in Animal Science (Colorado State)
DVM also from Colorado State.
