Release 1: Extension Council Offers Candidates Opportunities to Educate and Serve
This story refers to the nominating committee, which must be appointed by Aug. 2, 2010, and candidate filing deadline, which is Aug. 25. Use before Aug. 2. If used after Aug. 2, combine with release No. 2 below, and add names of nominating committee members. (Download Microsoft Word .doc)

Release 2: Extension Council Nominating Committee Appointed
For use after the nominating committee is appointed (Aug. 2 deadline) and before Aug. 25 filing deadline. (download Microsoft Word .doc)

Release 3: (Five) Candidates Nominated for Extension Council
For use after the nominating committee completes its work, and before the filing deadline (Aug. 25). If used after the filing deadline, delete the reference in the second sentence of fifth paragraph to candidates who are not nominated by the committee. (download Microsoft Word .doc)

Release 4: Look for Extension Council Candidates on the Nov. 2 Ballot
