Barb Fuller, Nutrition and Health Specialist with Iowa State University Extension and Outreach, will discuss ways that both parents and care providers recognize the signs and symptoms of food allergies, how to identify a food with common allergens, and how to develop an emergency plan.
The program is open to all parents and childcare providers at cost of $10 per person. Certificates of attendance will be given for those needing childcare provider or nutrition training continuing education.
