Southwest Iowa Area 4-H Council is planning Spring Into Nature at Springbrook for intermediate 4-H'ers and their friends who have completed 7th & 8th grades. You don't have to be a 4-H'er to attend the camp. The event will be held June 30th - July 1st at the Springbrook Conservation Education Center near Guthrie Center.
You'll have a fantastic time making new friends, going on a night hike, and trying your skill at canoeing, kayaking, and archery. You will arrive at the camp at 8:00 p.m. on June 30th. Departure is scheduled for 3:00 p.m. on July 1st. Cost for the camp is $30 and includes lodging in the cabins, bedding, meals, and snacks.
Transportation to and from camp will be provided from Adair County for an additional $5.
Registration for the camp is limited. The completed registration, Code of Conduct, and medical information forms are due with payment to the Adair County Extension Office by June 16th. View the list of items you will want to bring with you.
