Adair County Extension helped Iowans during 2006:

• Reached 829 youth through various facets of the 4-H youth program.
  
  
• Provided recertification classes for 209 private pesticide applicators to help them learn the latest in safety and application procedures.
  
  
• 4-H members volunteered more than 4460 hours to community efforts.
  
  
• Master Gardeners completed 690 hours of volunteer service to projects in Adair County.
