Over 100 flights arrive and depart from the Des Moines airport on a daily basis on 10 major carriers. Departures are continuous between 5 a.m.and 8 p.m. with arrival between 8 a.m. and 12 Midnight daily.

The conference venue, The Des Moines Downtown Marriott, provides a convenient option for those who wish to rent a car or take shuttles from the airport. The downtown location offers complimentary airport shuttles on the half hour to and from the airport. The Marriott also is connected to Des Moines’ skywalk system, making access to local restaurants and evening activities a short walk and eliminating the need for a rental car.
For those who will have vehicles with them, next door to the Marriott is a public parking ramp, which allows you to charge the daily parking fee to your hotel bill for additional convenience. Shuttle transportation will be available for off-site activities.
