Please note:  The lab will be closed for the weeks of November 23-27 and December 21-31.  Samples for analysis can be sent again on January 4, 2010. These closings are due to cost-saving measures being taken by nearly all departments at the university to address this year's budget cuts.  We apologize for any inconvenience and look forward to serving you in the future.



 



















The Institute's new GC (Gas Chromatography) and MS (Mass Spectrometry) instrument which is used for chemical analysis of grape and wine samples in the wine lab.
