As wine laboratory supervisor at the Midwest Grape and Wine Industry Institute, Sebastian designed a state-of-the-art wine analysis laboratory at Iowa State University. This lab provides sample analysis for the growing viticulture and wine industries in the Midwest. Sebastian received a B.S. in chemistry from Bethany College, a Master in Public Administration from West Virginia University, and completed his doctoral studies in analytical chemistry at Iowa State University.
