Offering the Booster Sessions of Strengthening Families Program
Ten families returned to attend and graduate from the Booster Sessions in fall of 2005. 100% found the activities and discussion helpful or very helpful.

Strengthening Families Program Offered in Spanish
Eight Spanish-speaking families participated in the Strengthening Families Program, with nine parents and 14 youth actively involved in the sessions.  Follow-up evaluations showed that families had made significant behavior changes that improved parent-child relationships.

Strengthening Families Facilitator Training Spreads Program to Communities in Northeast Iowa Area
Four Strengthening Families Program Facilitator training sessions were held in 2005-06 with approximately 58 hours of teaching time, preparing 64 people to teach parents the concepts of love and limits parenting and help youth learn to deal with stress and resist peer pressure.
