Testing for Private and Commercial Pesticide Applicators in East-Central and Southeast Iowa

Welcome!

Testing is for individuals who wish to renew their pesticide applicator's certificates by testing, as opposed to attending a continuing instruction course annually, and for those who are not currently certified and wish to become certified. Tests for both private and commercial applicators are available at each testing site. Private applicators should allow 45 minutes for their test. Commercial applicators should allow 45 minutes for the Core Test and 30 minutes for each Category Test.

Training in preparation for the test(s) is available from Iowa State University for both private and commercial applicators.

During the months of January through March, testing is conducted at many locations throughout the state. The early year testing in East-central and Southeast Iowa in 2012 follows. During this time, there will also be testing done in other parts of the state (Adobe Acrobat Reader Adobe
Acrobat Reader Logo is required.) .
