Welcome!
During the winter of 1999 - 2000, the SEIARA Board began a fund drive to increase the land base on which to do research at the SE Research and Demonstration Farm. The ISU Ag Foundation agreed to match dollar for dollar money raised, up to $75,000. To raise the needed funds, the SEIARA has instituted a Fund and Acre program. Those contributing $1,000 will be recognized for "Funding an Acre" which also includes a lifetime membership in the SEIARA. Contributions can be made over a four year period. This is a great opportunity to support agricultural research and to get a lifetime membership. With over $75,000 raised and with the matching money from the ISU Ag Foundation, we are nearly 2/3 of the way to reaching the $248,000 for the purchase of the land. We need your help to make this happen.
