Organization chart, salary structure and ownership share.

4. Directors and Advisors

Board of Directors and outside advisory services.

5. Staffing Plan

Discuss management needed in the organization, how you will fill key slots, hiring plans and the date positions will be filled.

Form of business organization.

Names of stockholders and shares owned.

8. Management Duties

Discuss the managers or private firms who will handle the management duties. Include internal control systems for accounting, inventory and managementinformation reporting systems.
