Webster County 4-H'er Earns Leadership Project Award

AMES, Iowa – Kallen Anderson of Webster County received a state 4-H leadership project award that includes a $100 savings bond from the Mary Jo and Glen Mente Endowment and the Iowa 4-H Foundation. Anderson, 18, is the daughter of Robert and Charlene Anderson of Harcourt.
During her nine years in 4-H, Anderson has completed several major projects including clothing, leadership, horticulture, citizenship and cattle. She has received state honors such as the state 4-H clothing project award and the state 4-H leadership award. She has also served as president, vice-president, secretary, treasurer, photographer and historian of her local 4-H club. Anderson has also served on the state 4-H council and National 4-H Congress.
Anderson is a senior at Southeast Webster – Grand High School.
