01/26/2015- Pick A Better Snack
The Seymour students, Kindergarten through the 6th grade will have a lesson on broccoli and cauliflower. We will discuss healthy eating and exercise. They will do a Jamin Minute and taste the cauliflower and broccoli.

This is a parent education program that provides parent that are pregnant and or have children up to the age of 5 years. It is a incentive program that allows you to earn points from coming to educational meetings and letting you use those to purchase wipes, and other age appropriate items. One hour class held for parents with children under the age of 5 and/or expecting. Points are earned for attending class and doing other pre-determined activities that promote healthy development. The store is open from 4:30-5pm for clients to purchase diapers and other baby items. Class is from 5-6pm
