Students K-5 participate in monthly lessons regarding healthy food choices and ways to increase physical activity. The goal of the program is to increase overall fruit and vegetable consumption.

12/02/2009- Gifts from the Kitchen
Nutrition Education Class for Nest of Johnson County Participants. Focus will be on items which can be made at home and given inexpensively as gifts at holiday time.
