This training program will meet the needs of Commercial Manure Applicators to fulfill their required three (3) hours of annual training for the manure applicator certification program.

05/21/2013- Confinement Site Manure Applicators' Certification Reshow
Continuing education for (re)certification for the Confinement Site Manure Applicators. The two-hour program will fulfill the annual certification requirement. Topics will include land application rules, applicator safety, H2S safety and concerns, and manure nutrients for crop production.

05/21/2013- 4-H Sheep Production Class
4-H Sheep Production class will meet at the Muscatine County Extension office on Tuesday, May 21, at 4:45 to 5:30 p.m. Anyone is welcome to attend this informational meeting to learn about sheep production.

05/21/2013- Annies: Managing Today and Tomorrow: Farm Transition Planning
Creating a transition plan to make sure a farm continues as a productive business can be challenging. Farm women can learn how to plan a successful farm transition in a five session course. Cost is $75. Scholarships are available. Dinner is provided.
