ILF Conservationist Thad Bridges

ILF Conservationist Thad Bridges farms in rural Griswold, Iowa. He farms row crops, some wheat, and most recently farming no-till corn following corn. He was skeptical of corn on corn until he tried it.

He feels strongly about conservation because “it not only saves soil but allows more profit per acre over more extensive tillage.”

Thad and his wife, Denise, have a young daughter. He enjoys camping, boating, being outdoors. They are also active in their local church.
