For instructors teaching certification courses, such as the National Restaurant Association’s ServSafe® food safety class, having ALL students earn a score high enough to qualify for the 5-year certification is unusual. When the same instructors repeat this performance with a 100% pass rate twice in a row - that level of success is off the charts.
