The session will showcase an on-going educational project from Texas AgriLife Extension and North Carolina Cooperative Extension using Skype, PowerGramo, Camtasia, Audio Hijack, and Audacity. Watch a live demonstration of recording a podcast with PowerGramo and Skype and editing for Web delivery in mp3 format. The objectives of the recorded podcast are to inform, enlighten, educate, persuade, entertain, demonstrate, promote, motivate, and change behavior. Lessons learned and tips will be discussed that ensure a well-planned, well-organized podcast. From written scripts to the importance of the host in leading the podcasts, learn tips and tricks that illustrate how to produce quality podcasts "on a shoestring budget."
