Issue management and crisis management often are used interchangeably. Are they interchangeable? This session will explain the differences, the similarities, and how to do both effectively.

The second half of this session addresses one of the biggest issues facing us today -- effectively communicating about budget reductions. A panel of experts will share tips, ideas, and examples and the impact they’ve had on their institutions.
