We are thrilled you and/or your camper will be joining us at the Iowa 4-H Center this summer!! You will be receiving further information from the camp regarding registration times, what to bring, etc. But, if you are so excited that you can't wait (or perhaps you have misplaced it), this is the place to be!
INFORMATION PACKET FORMS
Each registrant will receive a Parent Packet in the mail. This packet includes a parent letter, four forms to complete and return to camp at least 14 days before your camp begins, and other forms to keep for your information. Horse'n Around campers will receive additional horse forms in the mail to complete and return.
Overnight campers will need these forms:

Camper Health Form – return to camp
Parent Confidential – return to camp
Camper Release & Behavior Form – return to camp
