4.   Submit separate activity plan for a leadership/community service activity with your application

 

·    Five or more years 4-H membership

·    Evidence of community service and leadership participation

·    Final selection based on interview

·    Submit a separate application plan for a leadership/community service activity to be implemented during 2012-2013 ($500 grant may be available for training and project costs)
