Robotics Training Resources

Robotics is one of the most exciting, fastest growing project areas in 4-H. But starting a 4-H Robotics program can be intimidating. Below are some resources to help!

National 4-H Webinars

In 2012 National 4-H hosted a series webinars on starting and supporting 4-H robotics programs. All these trainings were recorded and archived, so you have access to the! Here’s how:

GEAR-Tech-21 Training

GEAR-Tech-21 is an innovative curriculum that brings together robotics, GPS (Global Positioning Systems) and GIS (Geographic Information Systems). The program is targeted for youth in grades 5-8. Iowa has four 4-H staff who are trainers for this curriculum. To find details on upcoming, in-person trainings visit the Iowa GEAR-Tech-21 Training page.
