Positive Youth Development  provides the skills, knowledge, and attitudes needed to understand the tools and processes needed to engage and empower young people to reach their potential and become active participating citizens in their communities.

Leadership Development provides training in the skills, knowledge and attitudes needed to influence human behavior to accomplish goals as a group.

Conflict Management/Resolution includes training in understanding how conflict between individuals and groups works and the skills needed to manage the conflict or to resolve the conflict.

Youth/Adult Partnerships and Engaging Youth provides training in the knowledge of how to build effective working youth and adult partnerships and the skills needed to sustain those relations. It also can include training in how to bring youth to the decision making table and empowering them to have ownership of the decisions affecting their lives.

Volunteer Development provides training in the skills, Knowledge, and attitudes needed to build a volunteer base and to maintain those volunteers to accomplish a task.

Group Management and Facilitation includes skill building in the tools and to effectively manage small groups to accomplish a task and the consultation in how to conduct the group through the task.

Service Learning, Community Service and Civic Engagement provides training in understanding the processes of service learning and community service and the difference between the two. It also includes training in the methods of including youth in the community decision making experiences.

Effective Communication provides training in the skills, knowledge, and attitudes needed to create meaning and understanding between and among individuals and groups.

Effective Meeting Management provides training in the tools needed to conduct productive meetings and the consultation to enhance those meetings.

Curriculum Development provides the knowledge and understanding of the processes of creating and delivering a subject matter content to and with young people. It also includes consultation to enhance the content offerings for young people.
