How to prepare herbs

  • Rinse in cold water (if necessary)
  • Do not have leaves below water line

Suggested exhibit quantity

  • State Fair: 3 sprigs per bottle, Dill- two heads tied below the heads and near the end
  • County Fair: Check your fair book
