Innovative and emerging 4-H club models, similar to existing club models, focus on youth development and experiential learning opportunities in partnership with caring adults.
They include service opportunities and incorporate multiple avenues for goal setting and recording of achievement to demonstrate learning and growth.
How they may differ in structure from our existing club models is in continuity, business meetings, officer positions, meeting format, type and diversity of volunteers, and breadth of community partnerships.
