Lloyd, Inc. Veterinary Medicine 4-H Scholarship Application

Thank you for your interest in applying for the Lloyd, Inc. Veterinary Medicine Iowa 4-H Scholarship. Before you begin, you must have the following information on hand:

  • Parent contact information
  • Anticipated college tuition/fees
  • Expected Family Contribution (EFC from the FAFSA)
  • Current GPA
  • College transcripts (in .pdf or .doc format to upload)

Applications must be submitted online by midnight CST on April 1, 2013.
