Tech Team Member Profiles

Daniel

I am Daniel from the Central area and for me the State 4-H Technology Team has been an quite an experience. I've made many amazing friends, learned about everything from computers to GPS to film-making to college life, and had many more opportunities to reach out through various service projects. I know I wouldn't have near the opportunities or experience I have today without the effort it took to apply for this amazing team!

Ian

I am a senior at in the Northeast area. I've been on the Iowa State Youth Tech Team for 2 years. I enjoy many aspects of technology, including using Photoshop and video editing. I am active in technology and 4-H, and due to that collaboration I've taken my ideas to the tech team hoping to expand my knowledge and bring new chat to others. I am enjoying my last year on the Iowa State Youth Technology Team.

Jake

I am from the Central Area and this is my 1st year on the team. I'm interested in the filming division of the Tech Team. I want to learn more things about technology in general. These first seven months have helped me immensely. I really love Guitar Hero.

Lucas

My name is Lucas. I am from the Central Area. I joined Tech Team to learn more about video production and editing and to meet new people. When I am not doing anything 4-H realted, you can find me running on the Cross Country team, playing soccer for the school, or hanging out with friends.

Mac

My name is Mac and I am from the Central area. This is my 9th year in 4-H and my reasons for joining the Tech team is because I wanted to learn new things and to meet people interested in the same area I am. Project areas I am involved with are Computers, Aerospace, and Dog Obedience. Some non 4-H activities and interests I have are gaming, soccer, work(Computer Aided Drafting) and reading sci-fi books, Star Wars, movies and television shows.

Mark

I'm Mark from Webster County in the Central Area. I have been in 4-H for nine years, and joined the team to meet people, and to learn more about computers. The best part of the experience is receiving access to some of the best software. Outside of 4-H, I am involved in football, jazz band, FFA, and NHS. In my free time I like to game and play billiards.

Megan

My name is Megan and I'm from the Northwest Area. Aside from Tech Team, I enjoy screenwriting, filmmaking, writing for the city newspaper, playing the guitar, French horn, keyboard. I'm the president of my 4-H club, on the County Council, area Tech Team, and delegate to the 2007 National 4-H Congress. I'm a part of the debate and speech teams, as well as marching and concert band, full orchestra, Mayor's Youth Commission Executive Council, and Teen Court . I plan to attend UCLA for film school following my senior year.

Morgan

My name is Morgan. I'm from Buchanan County in the Northeast Area. Besides Tech Team, other 4-H areas I enjoy are photography and communications. In school I participate in wrestling cheerleading, choir, Boomerang, speech, and school newspaper. I love listening to music; I'm almost always plugged in to my Zen Vision:M.

Tim

My name is Tim from Howard County. I'm an active member of the Millennium Masters 4-H club. I'm also active in Boy Scouts and Northeast Area Council. I specialize in Photoshop and hope to learn more about video editing.
