Guidelines for Reprinting Materials

With permission, Targeting Life Skills Model materials and/or graphics may be used for promotional, program or research needs. You may also order Support Materials.

If you wish to reprint Iowa State University Extension material, please read the following and reply with the requested information.

Permission to reprint will be granted subject to these four provisions:

1. Material must not be altered or abstracted without written consent of the author to ensure accuracy and original intent.
2. Reprint must not be used in any manner to indicate or imply endorsement of any commercial product or service.
3. Appropriate credit must be given to Iowa State University Extension and to the author.
4. The Extension Communication Systems office (see address below) must be given a copy of the final reprint.

Obtain permission by filling out one of the available forms. Choose the format that works best for you.

On-line Permission Form
Submit it on-line or print out the form, fill it in, then fax or mail it.

Microsoft Word Permission Form
If you are using Word 6.0 or higher, you may fill in the form, print it out then fax it, mail it OR E-mail it as an attachment.

Graphics Images

With permission, as described above, you may download and use the graphics provided on this web site.
