Directions to the Extension 4-H Building

From Interstate 35:

• At the 13th St. exit (#113), turn west to go into Ames. Go past the Grand Ave. stoplights, staying on 13th St. until you get to the stoplight at Stange Rd. (at least another mile).
• Turn left (south) on Stange Rd., to the next stoplight (about a block).
• Turn right (west) at that stoplight (Hawthorn/Daley).
• Enter General Parking Lot #120 on the left (second driveway).
• Extension 4-H Youth Building is north on the sidewalk from General Parking Lot 120.
• There are a limited number of parking meters behind the Extension 4-H Youth Building.
• If you need to park for an extended period, DPS says you must park in Commuter Lot 114 just off 13 th Street to the NE—just east of the 13th and Stange intersection—no permit is needed for this lot.

From Lincoln Way:

• Turn north on University Blvd. (the intersection just east of Hilton).
• Follow University Blvd. and curve to the right (north) on Stange (near the barns).
• At the first stoplight (Hawthorn/Daley), turn left (west).
• Enter General Parking Lot #120 on the left (second driveway).
• Extension 4-H Youth Building is north on the sidewalk from General Parking Lot 120.
