Cy came to Worth County to help Worth County ISU Extension celebrate the 150th birthday of Iowa State University. Each 4-H Club in the county donated $100 toward a new archway for the Worth County fairgrounds. Along with Cy, Dennis Johnson, Worth County Extension Education Director, Fair Board and  Extension Council members, the Worth County Youth Council members, and fair goers were on hand for the ribbon cutting ceremony on June 20. The Worth County fair was June 20-24.
