Mitchell County Extension gave away cake and ice cream during the Mitchell County Fair to commemorate the ISU Sesquicentennial. Tom Shih, Department Chair of ISU Aerospace Engineering, presented the 150th plaque for Mitchell County's landscaping sesquicentennial project. Brenda Miller, council chair, and Mike Stricker, fair board chair, are in front of the ISU memorial tree contributed by the Extension council. The plaque is mounted on a holder beside the tree.
