Submitting Epsilon Sigma Phi Award Nominations

How to submit nominations

  1. Follow the Epsilon Sigma Phi Award Nomination format (after these instructions) if you are submitting a state award nomination.
  2. Write the nomination according to the award criteria given in the Epsilon Sigma Phi Award Descriptions. You may use the award criteria as headings for your narrative or you may just give a general description of the overall contributions. Additional materials submitted in support of the nomination will not be considered.
  3. The award nomination is limited to 1,000 words. Do a word count. Any nominations with more than 1,000 words will be disqualified. This does not include the 75 or less words in the awards summary. This amount is equivalent to earlier limits of two typewritten pages in 11-point Palatino.
  4. Send a Microsoft Word attachment of completed nominations by February 25, 2008, to Rhonda Christensen, rchris@iastate.edu
